There are two extremely comfortable & charming double bedrooms, one with a king-size bedstead and a lovely view across the common. Each of the bedrooms has a flat-screen television and the whole house has access to wireless broadband.

The living room has views over the common and a large-screen television with both Freeview and Sky+ box. The kitchen is modern, light and contains a washing machine, tumble drier, gas/electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. Please note that this is a non-smoking house though you may use the garden if you wish to smoke.

The garden is laid to lawn with flower beds and also contains a sunny patio area. There is room for two cars with off-street parking to the back of the house.

There is a car-ferry from Lymington to Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight. During Cowes Week, Puffin Cruises make daily trips to Cowes.
